Shipping Policy

We pack every HutanHome order with care and send it on its way as quickly as we can. Here is what to expect.

1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after they ship, depending on your location. Customs checks, carrier delays, and peak seasons can occasionally add extra time.

3. Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your package at any time on our Track Your Order page.

4. Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order. When we run free-shipping promotions, they are shown on our website and applied at checkout.

5. Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer covers the cost of reshipping.

6. Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, email support@hutanhome.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost because of an incorrect address entered at checkout.

7. Damaged items and refunds

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
